The home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with every bedroom featuring its own ensuite bath and spectacular window-framed mountain views. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, allowing for effortless main-floor living.A dramatic wall of windows floods the home with natural light while placing the surrounding mountains at center stage. The main living area is anchored by a beautiful stone-surrounded wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect gathering place after a day on the slopes. Upstairs, a second living area provides additional space for family and guests and features custom built-in bunk beds. Designed with entertaining in mind, the home also includes a separate bar area perfect for après-ski cocktails, a spacious walk-in pantry, and multiple inviting gathering spaces throughout. Most of the home’s beautiful furnishings and décor convey, offering a rare opportunity for a nearly turnkey luxury mountain retreat or income-producing vacation property. But what truly sets 37 Happy Way apart is its location. Step outside and ski directly onto Angel Fire Resort’s “Top of Headin’ Home” ski slope, providing effortless access to the mountain.
